I love Etsy. Not only does the Internet marketplace support and expose independent artists, but it allows you and I to own unique and sometimes one-of-a-kind items.
One of my favorite discoveries from a while ago is sarah & bendrix. The London-based shop offers beautiful handmade heart cut-out pictures perfect for Valentines Day and beyond.
The artist, Veronika, incorporates recycled antique books, newsprint and pretty paper in her artwork.
You can also customize a piece with a special date, initials or anything your heart desires.
